Panel 1: Frances keeps talking, "Let me tell you, do NOT get divorced. The stress is so much!"

Panel 2: Sara's listening as Frances says, "He sent his MOTHER for his stuff. That woman is the WORST."

Panel 3: Frances, in front of the computer, continues, "Now there's hardly any furniture; no STUFF. I live in a black void. Sorry, I'm feeling DRAMATIC."

Panel 4: Frances stands up and she's wearing a skirt and a bracelet on each arm. She continues, "Just -- try not to get married to someone whose midlife crisis is to leave you for a fucking student. Don't marry a cliché."

Panel 5: Frances asks, "So, why are you calling out?" Sara, still sitting in her kitchen, replies, "Well, do you know of any apartments for rent?"

Panel 6: "Before you get nervous, I'm not suggesting living with you." Frances looks surprised, "Shit, Jen's leaving?" Sara says, "Left. Past tense."

Panel 7: Frances says, "Yikes. Well at least you can get out of that weird neighborhood." Sara, looking dejected, says "Yeah."
