Panel 1: Sara's out of the theater, holding the phone up to one ear. Andrew's voice says, "Oh, the theater on Twelfth? We're on Eleventh and First; you should stop by."

Panel 2: [Five minutes later] Andrew stands in front of Sara; he's wearing a black t-shirt that says Metric on it and holding a bottle of beer. He says, "Hey! I'm, uh, pretty determined to make up for that cab ride..."

Panel 3: He continues, "I got your number from Veronika -- I hope that's OK."

Panel 4: Andrew and Sara approach a table Veronika and her date for the night are sitting at. Veronika's smoking a cigarette and wearing a tank top with skinny straps; her skinny bra straps are also visible. Her date, of indeterminate gender, has spiky black hair, wears a chain around their neck, and holds a beer bottle. Veronika says to Sara, "Why hello, my little on-time rent-payer."

Panel 5: Veronika leans towards Sara (who is now sitting down and has taken off her coat) and continues, "I bet you've wondered how I came to own a whole building..."

Panel 6: Saying "Here," Andrew gives Sara a beer. She answers Veronika, "I figured it's your... Grandmother's? Is it not?" Veronika, holding a small drink glass with her eyes closed, replies, "It's basically mine now." Her date sips their beer.
