Panel 1: An older man with white hair and a white shirt stands in front of a set of doors and begins to play a violin. He has a little donation cup slung around his waist.
Panel 2: He finished playing and holds the cup up, saying "Ladies and gentlemen, your donations are greatly appre -- ci --." Sara, still holding her magazine, looks up as the violin guy stumbles over the word "appreciated." The guy wearing glasses still sits next to her.
Panel 3: The violin guy tries again: "Great -- ly app -- re -- ci -- ate --" A woman with dark hair yells out, "Something's wrong with him!"
Panel 4: The violin guy is now on the floor with his eyes closed; the dark-haired woman holds his head in her lap and a man with a hat crouches down with them. Another person in a white winter hat stands in the foreground. Sara and the guy with glasses sit in their seats watching.
Panel 5: The white-hat person approaches, saying, "I'm an EMT; I'll check on him." The dark-haired woman replies, "Oh thank you!"
Panel 6: An announcement comes on over the loudspeaker: "This train is being held due to a sick passenger." The guy in glasses says, "Good; they seem to have things under control."
Panel 7: He continues, "I felt like I should do something, but I'd be no help..."
