Panel 1: The blonde woman returns to the kitchen and sees Sara looking out the window. "I see you notice the Can-Man."

Panel 2: She continues, "I guess he's more of a bottle-deposit man..."

Panel 3: Now holding a pack of cigarettes, she says, "...But that has no ring to it at all."

Panel 4: As the blonde woman lights a cigarette, Sara says, "I think I see him all the time around where I live now. But it seems too far to be the same guy..."

Panel 5: The blonde woman, exhaling smoke, replies, "Well, I think he's got a car. And a bike."

Panel 6: She continues, "Ask Andrew; he's always out talking to him."

Panel 7: In a cloud of smoke, "That is, ask him if you get this place. Ha ha."

Panel 8: Giving Sara a sideways glance she says, "I assume you're responsible, have a job, blah blah."

Panel 9: The blond woman continues, "As far as I'm concerned, you can have the place. Everyone else has been totally creepy. Just pay when you move in." There are keys on the table in front of Sara, "And return these after you go see it."
