Panel 1: The middle-aged man from the previous page is, of course, the Can Man. He's got a black garbage bag slung over one shoulder and is walking down a residential street, whistling. Sara follows him.

Panel 2: He walks through a nearly-empty grocery store parking lot; Sara's a bit behind him on the sidewalk.

Panel 3: There's a bank of bottle deposit machines around the side of the store; the Can Man, still whistling, stands in front of them with the garbage bag open.

Panel 4: The Can Man exits the supermarket (called Best Yet).
