Panel 1: [Later still] Ray sits at the front desk on the computer as Sara walks by with a book. Ray says to her, "It's Friday and I'm sure you have plans -- I'll close up." She answers, "So my tardiness is forgiven?"

Panel 2: Ray says, "It's forgiven enough."

Panel 3: Sara walks down a sidewalk and stops in front of Village East Cinemas. There's a box office outside the theater. She thinks to herself, "It's always nice getting out early, but I don't actually have any plans."

Panel 4: She looks at her phone, thinking, "I could call Frances, but she's been spending all her time with Alan."

Panel 5: Her flip phone reads 8:24pm on Friday, November 18.

Panel 6: Sara stands at the box office window and says, "One for the nine o'clock" to the woman behind the glass.
