Panel 1: Veronika, still standing in front of the apartment building, notices eggs dripping down the front wall. Annoyed, she says, "Oh, come on."

Panel 2: Inside her bedroom, there's a man with dark hair and tattoos on his arms sleeping in the bed. Veronika kicks it, saying, "Get up. Time to go." There's a beer bottle and an empty drink glass on the dresser.

Panel 3: The man sits up in bed and prepares to light a cigarette, saying, "Mornin.' Come back to bed a minute first?" Veronika, hand on her hip, replies, "Don't you DARE light that in here!"

Panel 4: The man says, "But you were totally smoking in here before!"

Panel 5: Veronika closes her eyes and looks annoyed, saying, "I totally was NOT. I don't like my daughter to be around it."

Panel 6: She continues, "My daughter who I'm going to pick up in a minute..." The man, pulling on his shirt, says, "Ok, I get it -- I'm going."
