Panel 1: Kara, holding her cup of coffee, says "Oh, so we'll be neighbors." Andrew looks like he's about to have a meltdown.

Panel 2: Andrew, waving his arms around, says, "Why would you move from HERE to -- have you SEEN the place?"

Panel 3: Kara replies, "Oh, I'm only here temporarily."

Panel 4: She closes her eyes and waves her hand dismissively: "I couldn't ever afford this!"

Panel 5: Andrew wraps up his story: "As she talked, everything SEEMED reasonable. Like it was just a coincidence! Not weird at all..."

Panel 6: Sara, still sitting next to Andrew, says "And so she moved in..." He replies, "Yeah. And --"

Panel 7: Sara waves her beer bottle and says, "...And you kept seeing her!"

Panel 8: She takes a sip and Andrew answers, "Well. Yeah."

Panel 9: He continues, "And it was going pretty well but I always had this distant -- uh -- sinking feeling..."

Panel 10: "Like I suddenly sold more work."

Panel 11: "Kara swore she had nothing to do with it."

Panel 12: Andrew looks off to the side and says, "But..."
